The Bingham Gulch Mine is the biggest and most profound man-made uncovering on the planet: more than 3000 ft profound and 2.75 miles wide! Two Domain State structures heaped up one on top of the other wouldn't extend to the top. It is the world's biggest open-pit mine and the second biggest copper maker in the U.S. Opened in 1904, the mine has been named a memorable point of interest later on.
